I understand plans may change, however, please note that changes to your order may be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to pick-up or shipping date. Occasionally, my schedule may not allow for changes in quantity. Also note that changes to your order may result in a price change.  

Payments will not be refunded in case of client order cancellation. If cookies have been started or completed and are not picked up on the date they were ordered for, we regret that we are not able to remake the cookies for a future date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders. Once an order has been paid, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. 

In the case where your date may need to be postponed, a minimum of two weeks notice before the original pickup/shipping date must be given to stop the original order (four weeks if it is an order of 10 dozen or more)

**Although it is a rare occurrence, Triple Cross Cookies reserves the right to cancel orders in case of emergency, and 100% of payment will be refunded to the client in this type of situation. 

If there is an issue regarding your order, please contact me. Because these items are perishable, returns and/ or exchanges are not accepted. I take great care in the way I package my cookies to ensure they arrive intact. However, if any cookies arrive damaged or broken, no refunds will be given; if cookies arrive late due to carrier delay, no refund will be given. Once the package has left my possession, I no longer have control over how the shipping and handling of the package is handled. If your package arrives late and or anything is damaged, please file a complaint with the carrier as we are not responsible for any inconveniences and, because of such, cannot offer refunds. 

All goods produced by Triple Cross Cookies are made with love in my home kitchen that is not inspected by the state. Known allergies may be present such as: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and various fruits and vegetables. If you or someone you know/gifting cookies to has known food allergies, DO NOT purchase or consume these treats. While these cookies do not contain nuts, they are made in a shared kitchen. I do my best to avoid cross contamination, but cannot guarantee they are safe for those with an extreme allergy.

Sugar cookies remain fresh for 7-10 days at room temperature. Cookies may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Cookies must be thawed in the airtight container for 3-4 hours or until they reach room temperature. DO NOT OPEN container early as condensation may affect royal icing design (cookies will still be delicious). Be sure not to place cookies in direct sunlight for extended periods of time or condensation may ruin designs.
